Working with the Main Screen

Fitness Assistant Tour - Part 2 of 6

The main screen is the workhorse of the program. Here you see all important data at a glance (food, calories, goals, activity profile and the calendar).

The big calendar shows the dates where you've logged activities, workouts, bodyweight and the colored squares show the fitness phases you've defined. When you change the calendar date, all the panels (Calorie Balance, Calorie Composition, Nutrition Plan, Weight and Activity Profiles) show the relevant data for the selected date

Are you in the Active Zone where it is very unlikely to gain weight? A certain amount of physical activity protects you from weight (re)gain. When you're in the Active Zone weight regain is highly unlikely and you avoid yo-yo dieting. Getting in the Active Zone is the key to keeping the weight off and the secret to permanent weight loss.
